The real estate ad features skeletons on display in a house opposite the cemetery

When people talk about a house with good bones, that’s not what they mean.

It can be difficult to sell a home that is not in an ideal location. For example, many people may not be enthusiastic about living in a house across from a cemetery.

The Zillow Gone Wild Facebook page recently featured alooking house in Newtown, PA. The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and is listed for $ 970,000.

Although it does not initially stand out from the list, the house is directly across from a large cemetery.

The owners or realtors decided to play in this setting, hoping that having a sense of humor would help potential buyers overcome the discomfort of the location. Apparently the idea was to show off the impressive basement of the house by filling it with skeletons.

AUCTION WARS HOT IN A RED HOUSING MARKET

The large room has several play areas, including a ping-pong table and a poker table. The chart table is populated by several skeletons, each wearing a different outfit. One appears to be wearing a suit, another has a work shirt and hat. The third skeleton appears to be wearing only a sun hat.

Social media users seemed quite amused by the post.

“I’m actually considering moving to Pennsylvania… someone knows of an exorcist in that area,” one user joked.

Another user added: “When the basement skeletons aren’t even the most interesting part of the list.” This post was probably referring to the fact that several rooms in the house appear to have mezzanine storage spaces and the listing description mentions that it has a “secret wine cellar”.

Some users just seemed to enjoy the joke, with one writing: “I really like the sense of humor people have with real estate ads these days! We all need to laugh more!”
