Scott Varley’s Most Profitable Capital District Real Estate Sales Team Continues to Grow | Local announcements

SARATOGA SPRINGS – The Scott Varley team has added more firepower to their Saratoga Springs-based real estate office. Veteran agent Hillary Blowers is the latest addition to Varley’s No. 1 production team in the Capital District.

Blowers brings a wealth of experience to Varley’s Keller Williams outfit. With nearly 10 years as a licensed real estate agent, Blowers is also a successful entrepreneur.

In New York, Blowers owned and operated Hillary Flowers Designer Collective Boutique, selling her own designs as well as those of emerging fashion designers. She rented a storefront boutique on Manhattan’s Lower East Side for five years.

She then rented an office at NoMad, a commerce and innovation hub in lower Manhattan, where Blowers designed custom men’s shirts by appointment for a company called 20 Peacocks.

“Throughout my career, I’ve been really focused on entrepreneurship with a diverse background maintaining strong interpersonal, networking, marketing and negotiation skills,” Blowers said.

Blowers becomes the 16th agent on the Scott Varley team, led by Keller Williams associate broker Scott P. Varley. Last year Varley opened his new office at 382 Broadway in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Since then, the team has been growing as the most profitable team in the huge geographic territory that includes the Greater Capital Association of Realtors.

The blowers will reinforce the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of the Scott Varley team. She holds a BA from the prestigious University of Wisconsin and brings 15 years of sales and design experience. She has held a real estate license since 2014, with a background in leasing and commercial real estate.

She grew up in Minnesota, where her father and grandfather both developed residential real estate. She moved to the capital district where she lives with her husband and son.
