Larry Emdur asks fans for advice as he tries to turn the ‘dilapidated termite nest’ he bought as an investment property into a ‘bohemian’ dream










Larry Emdur and his wife Sylvie recently bought a dilapidated property in hopes of turning it into a gorgeous new home.

And on Monday, the 56-year-old asked fans for advice as he and his wife discussed what to do with a rather damaged part of the house.

Sharing a photo of the graffiti covered wall on Instagram, the TV star asked, “Okay, I need your help in resolving this reno argument.

“Sylvie wants to expose the old brick walls and whitewash them for an industrial bohemian look.

‘I just want to paint smileys on all the old walls for a bohemian smiley look, it’ll be cheaper and more cheerful … right ?!’

“Sylvie for the victory! One fan commented while another added, “I’m sure from experience you know the woman always wins.”

Another wrote: “What if we mix it up and leave it like that?” Someone else said, ‘Team Sylvie on this one’.

Larry bought the abandoned block of land at Neverfail Bay in Berowra Waters in late August.

The block of land was last sold for $ 575,000 in 1999. It was bought by the Emdurs for $ 1 million.

Larry shared a clip of the dilapidated place last month, claiming that he and his wife Sylvie are going to “try to turn this huge, dangerously dilapidated termite nest into a fabulous industrial boho love nest.”
