Bitcoin inventor reprimanded for comments online during trial

By Carolina Bolado (Nov. 16, 2021, 8:20 p.m. EST) – Self-proclaimed bitcoin inventor Craig Wright was reprimanded by a Florida federal judge on Tuesday for posting lawsuits against expert witnesses for fraud online while expert in digital forensics was at the stand attesting that the documents Wright produced in the multi-billion dollar dispute were not genuine.

U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom berated Wright for posting a message on digital communications platform Slack at 10:07 a.m. on how one can prosecute experts who give deceptive fraud testimony.
