Although Kyle Richards’ daughter Alexia Umansky has just graduated from Emerson College in the spring, she is already making huge strides in the professional world. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills her daughter joined her father, Mauricio Umansky, and sister Farrah Aldjufrie as a real estate agent in Mauricio’s company, The Agency. And she already represents multi-million dollar Hollywood Hills properties that most people can only dream of seeing in person.

Kyle posted a video of a very grown-up Alexia taking a tour of one of these properties: a state-of-the-art two-story, five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home behind a gated driveway that’s currently listed for $ 25.5 million. . It started on the first floor, where the living room leads to a bar, dining area and kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances as well as a granite waterfall and Caesar stone countertops.

“It’s a very open concept,” she said. “You have a panoramic view of Los Angeles through floor-to-ceiling windows. And you can see all of downtown to the Getty Villa.” For those who do not know the metropolitan area, trust us, it is a breathtaking view!
